1. Delivery Options & Costs
We offer two delivery speeds for all UK addresses (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland).

Note: Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed after 2pm GMT will be processed the next business day.
2. Order Processing Time
We work hard to get your order out the door as quickly as possible:
- Processing time: 1 business day (Monday–Friday).
- Orders placed before 2pm GMT are usually dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 2pm GMT will be dispatched the next business day.
- Weekend orders (Saturday–Sunday) are processed on Monday.
⏱️ Example: Order by 2pm on Monday → Dispatched Monday → Express delivery arrives Tuesday/Wednesday. Standard delivery arrives Wednesday–Friday.
3. Free Express Shipping (Orders Over £100)
Spend £100 or more in a single order, and we'll upgrade you to FREE Express Delivery — no promo code needed. The discount is automatically applied at checkout.
- Minimum spend applies after discounts and before shipping.
- Free shipping is only available for UK addresses.
- If you return items that bring your order total below £100, we may deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.
4. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom:
- 🏴 England (including London, Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool, Bristol, Leeds, Newcastle)
- 🏴 Scotland (including Highlands & Islands — may take 1–2 extra days)
- 🏴 Wales
- 🇮🇪 Northern Ireland (delivery within 3–5 business days)
- 🇬🇧 Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Scilly Isles (additional £2 surcharge, delivery 3–5 days)
We do not currently ship outside the UK. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order in your account dashboard.
- Royal Mail: Track via royalmail.com/track-your-item
- DPD: Track via dpd.co.uk/tracking (you'll receive a 1-hour delivery window via SMS/email)
- Evri: Track via evri.com/track
6. Failed Deliveries & Redelivery
If you're not home when your parcel arrives:
- Royal Mail/Evri: Will leave a "Something for you" card with instructions to reschedule or collect from your local delivery office.
- DPD: Will attempt delivery twice. After two failed attempts, the parcel is returned to our warehouse. Additional redelivery fees may apply.
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you or repeated failed deliveries, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges will apply.
7. Lost or Delayed Parcels
We know how frustrating it is when a parcel goes missing. Here's what to do:
- Check tracking first: Your tracking link shows the latest status.
- Wait the full delivery window: Sometimes carriers experience delays during busy periods.
- If still missing after 10 business days (7 days for Express), contact us at hello@uashop.co with your order number. We'll open an investigation with the carrier.
- Once a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a full refund or free replacement.
📦 Important: We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, strikes, or carrier operational issues beyond our control. However, we will always do our best to help and keep you updated.
8. Shipping to Scottish Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland
Deliveries to remote areas (Scottish Highlands, Isle of Skye, Orkney, Shetland, Hebrides, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland) may take 1–2 additional business days. Standard shipping rates still apply — no extra fees (except Channel Islands which have a £2 surcharge).
9. PO Box & Parcel Locker Deliveries
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses for security and tracking reasons. Please provide a physical street address. Deliveries to Amazon Lockers or InPost lockers are not currently supported.
10. Splitting Orders (Multiple Parcels)
If you order multiple items, they may sometimes be shipped separately (especially if items come from different warehouse locations). You will receive separate tracking numbers for each parcel. There is no extra charge for split deliveries.
11. Click & Collect
We currently do not offer click & collect. All orders are shipped directly to your chosen delivery address. We may introduce collection from our London warehouse in the future — watch this space!
12. Customs & Duties (UK Only)
Since we only ship within the United Kingdom, there are no customs fees, import duties, or extra taxes to pay. The price you see at checkout is the final price.
13. Changes to Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at hello@uashop.co. We can only change the address if the order hasn't been dispatched yet. Once shipped, you must manage redelivery with the carrier.
