We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (buy now, pay later). All payments are securely processed. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

🚚 How long does delivery take within the UK? +

Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days (£3.99)
Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (£5.99 — FREE on orders over £100)
We ship from our London warehouse using Royal Mail and DPD. Orders placed before 2pm GMT are usually dispatched the same day.

🔄 What is your return policy? +

You can return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For faulty or damaged items, we cover return shipping costs. For non-faulty returns, return postage is your responsibility. Please contact us at returns@uashop.co to initiate a return.

🐶 Are your products safe for pets? +

Absolutely! All our products are BPA-free, non-toxic, and sourced from trusted suppliers who meet UK safety regulations. Many of our products are vet-approved or recommended. If you have specific concerns about a product, please email us and we'll be happy to provide detailed information.

⭐ Do you offer discounts for bulk orders or rescues? +

Yes! We offer special pricing for animal rescues, shelters, and registered charities across the UK. For bulk wholesale inquiries or rescue discounts, please email us at hello@uashop.co with your charity number or business details, and we'll get back to you within 48 hours.

📦 Do you ship outside the UK? +

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands). We're exploring international shipping options and hope to expand soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

🔒 Is my personal information secure? +

Yes. We take data security seriously. Our website uses SSL encryption, and we comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We never sell your personal information to third parties. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

💳 Can I change or cancel my order? +

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it for a full refund. After that, your order may have already been processed for shipping. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately at hello@uashop.co with your order number. Once shipped, you'll need to follow our standard returns process.
